Shipping and Delivery Policy

We ship all orders with DHL.

Free shipping applies to orders within Germany with an order value of €24 or more. Orders below this amount are subject to shipping costs. For deliveries within the EU, free shipping applies to orders over €79, and for countries outside the EU, free shipping applies to orders over €99.

3–5 business days

Delivery Times Within the EU

Western Europe (AT, BE, FR, LU, NL):
5–8 business days

Northern Europe (DK, FI, SE):
6–9 business days

Southern Europe (ES, IT, PT, GR, MT, CY):
7–12 business days

Eastern Europe (BG, CZ, EE, HR, HU, LV, LT, PL, RO, SK, SI):
8–14 business days

Ireland:
7–10 business days

Other Countries:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please expect longer delivery times for international orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
